Banana French Fries

Crispy banana French fries, made with only 4 ingredients, are a great alternative to the potato french fries and taste equally as good!

- 4 unripe bananas
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 180C (gas mark 4). Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Peel the bananas and cut them into long strips.
Melt the coconut oil and drizzle it on the fries. Use your hands to gently toss the fries, until they are lightly covered with the oil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Use a spatula to flip the fries. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the fries with the coconut sugar and cinnamon.
