Banana French Fries

Crispy banana French fries, made with only 4 ingredients, are a great alternative to the potato french fries and taste equally as good!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 unripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C (gas mark 4). Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  • Peel the bananas and cut them into long strips.
  • Melt the coconut oil and drizzle it on the fries. Use your hands to gently toss the fries, until they are lightly covered with the oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Use a spatula to flip the fries. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the fries with the coconut sugar and cinnamon.
