These oven-baked banana French fries always disappear from the plate with incredible speed. Sprinkled with coconut sugar and cinnamon, they are a delicious, healthy and easy snack that is a great alternative to traditional chips or french fries that will satisfy your sweet tooth. They also taste great with other fruits or chocolate spread. Unripe, green bananas are more starchy, less sweet and are the closest to potato fries in terms of texture. They also don’t have a strong flavour, hence are very versatile and can be great with savoury dips and spreads too. These are best eaten fresh and hot right away, as they don’t retain their crispiness once stored in the fridge.
